SenCam 利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、SenCam（以下「本サービス」といいます）を利用するすべてのユーザーに適用されます。
ユーザーは、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約のすべての内容に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、ユーザーと運営者との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（サービス内容）
本サービスは、iPhoneおよび関連ソフトウェアをWebカメラとして利用できる機能、ならびに揺れ・傾き・角度変化等を検知し映像を遮断するプライバシー保護機能を提供します。
本サービスは、特定の目的への適合性、完全性、正確性、安全性を保証するものではありません。
第3条（利用条件）
ユーザーは、自己の責任において本サービスを利用するものとします。
本サービスの利用に必要な機器、通信環境、設定等はすべてユーザーの責任で用意するものとします。
第4条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 第三者の権利やプライバシーを侵害する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、改変行為
- 本サービスを不正または不当な目的で利用する行為
第5条（免責事項）
運営者は、本サービスの利用または利用不能により生じた一切の損害について、理由の如何を問わず責任を負いません。
以下を含みますが、これらに限定されません。
- デバイス、ソフトウェア、OS、周辺機器等の故障・破損
- ウイルス感染、マルウェア、データ消失
- プライバシー保護機能が作動しなかったことによる映像の映り込み
- 情報漏洩、身元特定、放送事故、精神的・経済的損害
- 通信障害、遅延、切断による不具合
本サービスは補助的な安全機能を提供するものであり、完全なプライバシー保護を保証するものではありません。
第6条（責任の制限）
いかなる場合においても、運営者の責任は、当該ユーザーが本サービスに対して支払った対価の総額を上限とします。
第7条（サービスの変更・停止）
運営者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更、停止、または終了することができます。
これにより生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
第8条（知的財産権）
本サービスに関するすべての知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
第9条（利用規約の変更）
運営者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を随時変更することができます。
変更後の規約は、本サイト上に掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は、日本法を準拠法とします。
本サービスに関連して生じた紛争については、運営者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
