本プライバシーポリシーは、SenCam（以下「当方」「当サービス」）が、
(a) Webサイトの閲覧、(b) デスクトップソフトウェアのダウンロード、
(c) Webサイトまたはリリースページを通じて配布されるデスクトップソフトウェアの利用
（以下総称して「本サービス」）において、どのように情報を取得・利用・共有するかを説明するものです。

GitHub、決済事業者、解析サービスなどの第三者サイト・プラットフォーム・サービスには、
それぞれ独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

2.1 Webサイトに関する情報

Webサイトを閲覧した際、当方またはホスティング・解析提供者により、
デバイス情報、ブラウザ情報、IPアドレス、IPアドレスから推定される概算位置情報、
閲覧ページ、参照元／離脱ページ、日時、エラー等の基本的な診断情報が自動的に取得される場合があります。

2.2 Cookieおよび類似技術

当方は、Webサイトの運営、設定の記憶、パフォーマンス測定、コンテンツ改善のために、

2.3 ダウンロード時の情報

当方は、デスクトップソフトウェアを通じてWebカメラ映像や動画コンテンツを当方のサーバーに収集・保存することを意図していません。

利用環境、設定、OS更新、ハードウェア制限、外部ソフト等の影響により、
完全な保護を保証するものではありません。配信およびプライバシー管理の最終責任は利用者にあります。

適用法令で許される最大限の範囲において、当方は以下を含む一切の損害について責任を負いません。
機器の故障、データ消失、セキュリティ事故、マルウェア・ウイルス被害、情報漏洩、検知漏れ、
業務中断、逸失利益、信用低下、その他本サービスの利用または利用不能に起因する損害。

一部の法域では責任制限が認められない場合があります。その場合、責任は法令で許される最小限に制限されます。

13. 準拠法および管轄

本プライバシーポリシーは、日本法に準拠します。
本ポリシーまたは本サービスに関連する紛争は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

You remain responsible for your streaming and privacy setup.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to: device malfunction, data loss, security incidents, malware/virus impacts, unintended disclosure, missed detections, business interruption, loss of profits, reputational harm, or any other losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services or software.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
